St. Patrick's Day THC-Infused Drink Recipes

Cannabis Infused Shamrock Shake

• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
• 1 tbsp THC-infused sugar
• 1 tbsp regular sugar
• Green food coloring (optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with whipped cream and a sprinkle of green sugar on top.

Cannabis Infused Leprechaun Lemonade

• 1 cup lemonade
• 1 tbsp THC-infused sugar
• 1 tbsp regular sugar
• 1/4 cup sparkling water
• 1 lemon slice
• Green food coloring (optional)

Stir together the lemonade and sugars until dissolved. Add the sparkling water and a drop of green food coloring (if desired) and stir. Serve over ice with a lemon slice on the rim.

Cannabis Infused Pot of Gold Punch

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 tbsp THC-infused sugar 15mg total 
• 1 tbsp regular sugar
• 1/2 cup ginger ale
• 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
• Gold sanding sugar for garnish

Stir together the pineapple juice, orange juice, and sugars until dissolved. Add the ginger ale and lemon-lime soda and stir gently. Serve in a punch bowl with gold sanding sugar sprinkled on top.

NOTE

If you're not familiar with the decarboxylation process, it's best to purchase pre-made and pre-measured THC-infused sugar.
