Shipping Options & Delivery Times

2. Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days):

  • Available for an additional fee.

3. Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day):

  • Place orders before 12:00 PM (EST) for same-day shipment; otherwise, it will ship the next business day.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or carrier service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $99

Domestic Shipping
We do not ship THCA products to the following states where THCA is restricted or illegal: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or rural areas.

International Shipping
At this time, KandyBoy.com ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Order Tracking

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your KandyBoy.com account.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: KandyBoy.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kandyboy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging fo resolution.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. KandyBoy.com is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
