Unopened Products: Returns are only accepted for products that remain unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were shipped.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours at info@kandyboy.com with:
Your order number.
Photos of the damaged shipping box (required).
Photos of the damaged product.
A brief description of the damage.
If no photos of the damaged shipping box are provided, we will not be able to file a claim or approve a return for damage. You must also cooperate with us in submitting a claim to the carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions, and you will not be responsible for any additional charges related to the original shipment.

Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on sending the product back. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs for non-damaged returns; those expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange for the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) if it meets the above conditions.
If the carrier confirms your package is lost or stolen in transit, you will receive a full refund.
If the carrier confirms the package was delivered but it was stolen or lost afterward, we are not responsible; the customer assumes all risk.

By purchasing, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the State of North Carolina for any dispute.
